2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on winbd live:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may only open one account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required.

Account Verification

Winbd live reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit an identity document (NID, passport, or driving licence) before making a withdrawal or when transactions exceed a certain limit. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Maximum deposit limit: ৳5,00,000 per day (may differ for VIP members).
• Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000 per day.
• Processing time: typically 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Winbd live regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Welcome bonuses typically require a wagering amount of 10–30x the bonus value.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts within the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Winbd live reserves the right to cancel bonuses if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino gaming on winbd live:

Sports Betting

• All bets are final — once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a match abandonment or suspension, winbd live will settle all bets in accordance with its own rules.
• Odds may change during live betting — odds are not final until the bet is confirmed.
• Winbd live reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Casino Gaming

• All games are governed by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are fair.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game itself.
• If your internet connection is lost, game results will be saved on the server.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbd live platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Abusing the bonus system in a fraudulent manner.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Participation in match fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Abusive behaviour toward other players or winbd live staff.

Violation of this prohibition will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited and winning funds. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (if eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

Winbd live is not liable for the following:

• Delays caused by disruptions to third-party services (mobile banking).
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

In the event of any dispute, winbd live's decision shall be considered final; however, we are committed to resolving all issues fairly.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Winbd live reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified via the platform's notification section.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
